These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ca9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ca9999 website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to all players registered in Bangladesh and accessing the Service from Bangladesh.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

2.1 ca9999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. 5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 All bets placed on ca9999 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to check the details of any bet — including event, market, stake, and odds — before confirming. ca9999 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet due to player error.

5.2 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect bet being accepted, ca9999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account.
